Cattle Processing Conveyor

It is an automatic rail system where cattle are transported during skinning and tripe removal.
Conveyor chassis will be made of NPU 80 and NPU 140 profile.
There are drive and tensioning gears at both ends of the chassis. These gears are fitted with a specially manufactured chain with 100mm shaft axes on which there are pallets that push the hooks.
It is driven by a motor-reducer whose power is determined according to the conveyor length.
During processing, the distance between the cattle is minimum 3 meters and the foot span is 90 cm.
